Royal Stallion of 7aam Arivu Sold

That’s right, a royal black horse which was used by Suriya in the period portions of Murugadoss’ 7 Aum Arivu has been sold for a good price recently.

The four-legged beauty had helped him immensely in the shooting as it had been trained specifically for a crucial segment. Since all scenes involving the animal were completed, it had been put up for auction at the oldest market, said to be functioning since the Tipu Sultan days near Erode.

The decision was taken since the crew wanted the animal to have a safe haven. The sale fetched them a substantial price of Rs 5 lakhs, surpassing many other similar auctions in the past.

The unknown new owners sure do have a star in their ranks — and a costly one at that!

The animal and crew exchanged farewells as they took different routes. Who knows, this may not be the last we’ve heard from this unnamed mount…

Sonam Kapoor in Vijay - Murugadoss film?

Last we heard about Vijay - Murugadoss film is Vijay's photo shoot with Angela Johnson. Now some sources goes back to the old story that Sonam Kapoor has been roped into the movie.

Bollywood hotties have been the destination for our filmmakers and heroes as well. Either you’ll have them arriving from God’s own country or the Maxim City of Arabian sea belt. Vijay’s heroine for Murugadoss’ film is gonna be from the latter one and it’s none other than Sonam Kapoor.

The actress with her slim and beautiful looks always suits perfect in homely and glamorous appeal as well. Indeed, she has been the one that Kollywood heroes were desperately looking for. Finally it’s Vijay finding her as A R Murugadoss ‘The Ghajini Man of Bollywood’ bringing her into K-town now.

It’s now almost certain that Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s next film would be directed by director A.R. Murugadoss. Vijay has just wrapped up the shoot of ‘Velayudham’ directed by ‘Jayam’ Raja and produced by Ravichandran of Ascar Films and is in the final leg of shooting of ‘Nanban’ (remake of Bollywood’s ‘3 Idiots’) directed by Shankar.

With ‘Velayudham’ slated for its theatrical release some time this month and ‘Nanban’ scheduled for a Deepavali release, it was looked up with excitement by Vijay’s fans as to which would be his next film. ‘Pagalavan’, a film in which Vijay was to work with director Seeman, is unlikely to be his next project as it is learnt that it would be Murugadoss who would get to direct Vijay in his next film.

Murugadoss, who is aiming to release his Suriya-Shruti Haasan starrer ‘7am Arivu’ on the eve of Deepavali, would star work on Vijay’s film soon afterwards. Even the heroine of the film, which is as yet untitled, appears to have been chosen by the director.

Stunning-looking Angela Jonsson, a popular Kingfisher model, is likely to be paired opposite Vijay in the film. Angela, the 20-year old lanky and dusky beauty, was born in Chennai. Her father is a well-known industrialist based in Mangalore while her mother is a foreign national hailing from Iceland. The model is already said to be in talks to star in a Bollywood movie amid rumours of a ‘link-up’ with Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor.

In all probability, Vijay’s film is likely to be the launch-pad in films for Angela!

7aam Arivu Movie and Music Release Date

Surya’s much expected movie, 7aam Arivu Release Date has been announced. Udhayanidhi Stalin the producer of the movie, has confirmed that 7aum Arivu has will be release on October 26 for this Diwali. 7aam Arivu satellite rights has been bagged by market leader Sun TV.

Udhayanidhi tweeted in his Twitter account that – “7aam Arivu will be a Red Giant release for this Diwali, on October 26! The satellite rights have been sold to Sun TV”.

7aam Arivu Audio launch will be held in Singapore on September 10 and it will be telecast-ed live in Sun TV. 7aam Arivu composed by Harris Jayaraj, has of six songs including a Chinese track, sung by Chinese singer Hau. Lyrics for the movie has been penned by Madhan Karky Vairamuthu. The audio rights of the album were bagged by Sony Music for a whopping amount.

7aam Arivu directed by A.R Murugadoss features Surya and Shruti Haasan in lead roles while the movie is being produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin of Red Giants.

Priyanka Chopra in race for Vijay's next

Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra is in the race to star in Vijay and AR Murugadoss' Maalai Neram Mazhaithuli. The actress is being considered along with Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone to pair up the Kaavalan star in the forthcoming Tamil movie.

Priyanka Chopra had acted with Vijay in Thamizhan in the year 2002. As their chemistry had worked before, AR Murugadoss is planning to bring them together on-screen again. It is said that the makers of the film are keen to cast and soon they are planning to approach the Bollywood actress.

Reports say that the movie bosses have short-listed Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone's names for the female lead role in the proposed project. However, AR Murugadoss has already roped in Harris Jayaraj and Santhosh Sivan for the the music and cinematography department.

The movie is expected to take-off during Diwali and it is produced by Vijay's father SA Chandrasekhar.
